IIA CCMS Access — Action Required to Access IIA System

Over the past year, The IIA has invested in a business transformation that will create operational efficiencies and improve user experiences with several of our platforms to the benefit of our Affiliates and members around the world. As the first phase of our business transformation, on 14 January 2020 we will adopt Single Sign On (SSO) technology for all Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS) users. SSO will allow CCMS users the ability to have one username and password to manage their access to The IIA’s global website, CCMS, and the PearsonVUE exam scheduling system (upon launch of the new CCMS). To allow all CCMS users the opportunity to validate their account with their primary email address in our records, on 21 January we will deploy the attached communication to all users who have created an account in CCMS. You are invited to include content from the attached document on your Affiliates’ certification webpage and in member communications. You may also translate the communication as needed. If you receive any questions from CCMS users about validating their accounts, please have them complete the online help form.
